- Android: Open Contacts app → Menu (⋮) → Manage contacts → Export → Save as .vcf file → share to this device
- iPhone: Open Contacts app → Select contacts → Share → AirDrop / Files → .vcf
- Google Contacts: contacts.google.com → Export → vCard (.vcf)
- CSV: Any spreadsheet with columns: Name, Phone, Email, Address, Notes
